How soon will my coffee be shipped after roasting?
To ensure maximum freshness, we roast our beans in small batches and typically ship within 24 to 48 hours of roasting.
Do you offer whole bean or ground coffee?
We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum flavor retention or choose from various grind sizes tailored for Drip, Espresso, or French Press.
How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?
We recommend storing your coffee in a cool, dark place inside an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture can compromise the flavor profile.
What is your return policy on food items?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 14 days for a resolution.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
