At Fresh Roasted Coffee, we want you to love every brew; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or store credit. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee, but we are committed to making it right.
Return Process

Email our customer experience team with your order number and a brief explanation of why the product didn't meet your expectations.
- 2.Provide Feedback
For quality control purposes, please include the roast date and batch number found on the back of your coffee bag.
- 3.Resolution Selection
Choose between a one-time replacement of a different roast profile or a store credit applied directly to your account.
- 4.Equipment Returns
For non-perishable brewing equipment, ensure the item is in its original packaging and use the provided prepaid shipping label to return it to our warehouse.
